My experience at this organization was unfortunately very disappointing due to a number of management  issues, particularly within top management. The leadership, including the Curriculum Vice Principal, often displayed a lack of empathy and appreciation for the hard work and dedication of staff. the management culture felt toxic and unsupportive.

Capable and experienced middle-tier staff frequently left, resulting in a lack of continuity and consistency across departments. Staff turnover was extremely high, which negatively impacted both morale and the quality of service delivery. Administrative support was also very weak and poorly organized, often adding unnecessary pressure on teaching and support staff.

Tutors are underpaid despite the heavy workloads they carry, and much of the operational burden ends up falling on middle management, who are stretched thin. 

Excessive paperwork at all levels—from tutors to managers—adds to the already overwhelming workload.

Never work at RHACC. 

instead of addressing these issues or investing in staff retention, top management appeared more focused on control than care. As a result, many talented individuals have been driven away. I would suggest top managent to take leadership course to improve their management skills. 

Great staff in SEND department, but management does not make you feel valued, also lack of structure/risk assessments. Dont get paid in the holidays which is a pity.
