A challenging role with limited benefits. The call centre was under-supported, both in-hours and out-of-hours, and management was constantly shifting the goalposts and changing plans, seemingly at random, without recourse to the call centre. The staff I worked with were brilliant, and the vast majority of the engineers I spoke to were pleasant and hard-working. especially those working in London, the West Midlands and Devon.

Incentives and bonuses were good while they lasted, but they were taken away without warning despite staff regularly exceeding targets, and were often replaced with lesser alternatives. The planning improved toward the end of my tenure, but a lack of culpability for mistakes and oversights lead to much aggravation amongst the call centre, especially during winter when calls were both constant and difficult to handle. Though I spoke to many lovely customers, the amount of abuse and vitriol I received from the angrier ones occasionally necessitated a brief break.

I learned a lot from my time at the call centre and I'm very grateful for it, but I'd struggle to recommend the job.

RHH management spend most of their time trying to find new names for a spade; when something does not work well or correctly, they will give it a new name and call it "major restructuring" while placing further obstructions to any real progress towards actual improvement. During my time here the company has gone from bad to worse; renaming one department 5 times in the hope that this would miraculously bestow some magical remedy to the chaos caused by the management's lack of vision and oversight. The company ethic is a toxic mix of bullying, coercion, brinkmanship and scapegoating, they are constantly putting out fires of their own creation while never seeing the enormous loose wires dangling right under their noses. 

While the staff on the floor are generally pleasant, and the engineers in the field mostly competent, their skills, experience and insight are overlooked in favour of just "doing it the we've always done it", shedding contracts like a dog shaking off the rain because no-one has the will or imagination to root out the cause of the problems. "Stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results". This is RHH. Do not work here.

As a customer service advisor I have learned that to do this job you have to be mentally prepared to get an ear bashing from the residents regularly . Whatever goes wrong with engineers and with management and different team members you will always get blamed for it . The job is fine if you can tolerate such thing  as you are the first person residents will always complain to. I dont believe managers are doing enough in company as it is their job to deal with complaints and its easy for them to sit there and watch us get told us for something they have provably done and instructed to others .

There are not many opportunities in this industry in this area and have found working with Robert Heath a very uplifting and exciting experience. They are an adaptive company that offers an aray of support throughout the company. The team is great, very helpful and are very welcoming of new team members.  

Proactive, motivational and supportive.

It is a big industry so there is always lots to learn, never a dull day at the office. The team work hard, and the company are always looking for ways to become more efficient which I found very rewarding in my role.

Working under inconsistent and incompetent management in a place where bullying and favoritism is open and encouraged and where promotion and privileges are given and taken away on a whim. Where poor performance is rewarded and initiative penalized. Where you will learn to take the blame for other's mistakes and own them as if they were your own, all day, every day. Welcome to RHH, we're sorry.

Worked really hard trough winter , worked very long hours without getting paid extra do do the job . 3 hours a day travelling between Supliers the get parts !!
The second it get hot they disposed me on Monday morning with no warning or anything!!
Do not trust them as they have no value for staff .
They brag about  engineers doing 25 service a day !!!
How safe is that !!
I passionately hate them .

They will sell you out to every customer, blaming you for parts not getting ordered or no return dates. They will send you in as a problem solver only to find that five people had been before you and cocked it up. So your already dealing with a angry customer. 

I have negative feelings towards Robert Heath as they have no programmes or plans in place for apprentices and newly qualified engineers as I have had problems in both roles.

Working as a reactive engineer dealing will all types of domestic gas related work, including installation, repairs, I consider my self an expert in break down and repairs with over 15 years of experience. I have worked on most of all the boiler manufacturer carrying out repair on a daily basis, over 250 repairs a week,
