I work at the front desk so my typical day is dealing with the customers via telephone and face to face. Most of the customers are lovely but like everywhere you get difficult ones. My team is supportive and will always help me and guide me when needed. Overall, it's a good company to work for with reasonable pay and some good benefits, such as simple health. 

I would have liked some other benefits like more paid sick days, but they have now implemented buying and selling leave, making managing holidays a bit easier.

The bonus we have could be better but the annual salary is reasonable. 

A typical day at work can be very draining, as the day progresses you will become equally disappointed with the disfunctional mess this once great place to work for has found itself in. Site level management appear to want to help but are restricted by delusional upper management, with little to no understanding of how to keep the employees they have left happy. It has become a volatile company to work for. Higher management are very unreliable and do not follow through on promises, that is of course if you ever see them.

I cannot recommend this company. Communication is extremely poor, there is no clear structure or processes, and management is ineffective.
Over the past year, numerous negative changes have been implemented with little regard for staff. After nearly 5 years without a pay rise, the recent increase was insultingly small.
Prospective employees should stay away from this business.

Since the change to saga it has only gone down hill. Management do not communicate with anyone and you are seen as just a number. Work can fluctuate defending on how much is booked in the workshop and at the moment it always seems like there are not enough customers booking their vehicles in. 

Working as a team and a very fair manager.
Equipment not working properly
Everyone is warm and welcoming and a happy atmosphere
Load up for the morning run go and deliver parts to customers, build a good communication with the customer. 
Return to base and load for afternoon run.

Terrible business I’ve heard and seen techs claiming for work not done and management are a shambles they only employ 1 type of person. 
This company and the management all “look” the same. 
I’ve seen pay rises for some and not others depending on what that manager deems they deserve.

Very happy with work and with colleagues. The Managment is good and always ready to help. The money is good as well. It is a pleasure to go work in such a pleasant environment
