The working atmosphere at Sam Turners is very calm and relaxed, with people from all departments being helpful and respectful towards each other. The owners of the business are very engaged in the day to day running of the company and will be regularly seen on the shop floor interacting with staff and customers as well as aiding other staff when the number of customers begins to become overwhelming.

To serve members of the public over the counter, to take telephone orders and provide a delivery schedule.

I also helped the loading of goods for delivery after hours.

Eventually moving into the office and taking customer telephone orders and processing for payment.

The management were approachable and friendly. I enjoyed my time there.

This was a nice place to work. Most the staff were friendly and supportive. Managers were nice. The workload wasn't overwhelming. Overall a nice place to work.


Not a bad place to work really, had a lot of fun some days. Lots of regular customers which was nice.  Staff breakfast was gorgeous. Have got the best beans.

Worked here for 8 years and enjoyed every minute of it, nice atmosphere, owners pleasant. It is a busy place so not for the weak but days go by so fast!
