The friends I made there made it better than the people I worked with

No support and shouted at and put down all the time, the toxic people in the engineering department and running the full company are still there

Really bad there is no need for the place to be so toxic and it will never change, I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here to be an engineer there isn’t even job security as they change their minds all the time 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Doing things 3 times and then it never being used. No planning and no help

Nothing , they're like spoiled children

Dealing with children  that have no morals

Made stressful by the dreadful kit they have and run by children

Working with dreadful kit and bodge jobs .
Health and safety is a joke with forklift drivers tazzing around blind in a tightly packed yard. It's amazing nobody has been killed.

If you are an experienced LGV driver, you will be astonished at just how badly this dump is run. The yard is a mess. The amount of waiting around in the yard is exasperating. However if you are waiting at a customers premises, then the management will be ringing every 5 minutes. The trailers are generally grotty and the route planning is similar to looking at a bowl of spaghetti. As for the  Management ........ well what can I say?? Better to say nothing. Only positive thing to say is that the trucks are OK, and some of the yard lads are good guys. 

Awful place better off on the dole ,spoken to like dirt by management treated just as a number ,favourite employees a small few have extended dinners and breaks the rest are screamed at for daring to stop a minute early or for even talking with a colleague, shortage of safety equipment told to provide our own if you are hurt whilst at work they are more concerned with clocking you off then sacked later on.
Keep looking for something else honestly anywhere is better!.

Health and safety doesn't exist. The job requires a full day of back breaking labour either loading a machine or manually applying stencils to pallets at a fast pace. Favouritism is the flavour of the day so unless you are friends with management or supervisors you will most likely be giving a constant stream of the worst jobs. All employees are taken on through an agency with a high possibility of unemployment.

Isn’t any really.  One or two nice colleagues.

Poorly managed company with little regard for employee wellbeing. Leadership lacks transparency, communication is inconsistent, and decisions are often unfair. Staff feel undervalued and unsupported, leading to low morale and high stress levels. I would not recommend working here unless significant changes are made

When you are clocking out and going home

Doing your job in poor conditions with your team leaders on your back

You will do the job or we will get other people in attitude

Stressfull as they have a you will do the job attitude

So I’ve worked here before and everything was great, left for a better paid job but recently got made redundant.  Applied to work at Scott’s again and eventually got hired.  OMG what a mistake.  The main Manager really needs to get some training on how to talk to people.  This guy will get more out of us if he treated us with respect.   Machines don’t break as often as they used to but there is still a lot of time waiting around.


Weekly wages are never right, never get them corrected as promised.  All the Managers are rubbish, haven’t got a clue what’s going on.  The only good thing is I was told by one of the team leaders that no one checks if your late or if you leave early, just don’t clock in or out and you will still get paid.  It works too as I leave one day just after 2 and still got paid for the whole day.  Lots of manual work and no real H&S.

I’ve been working here through agency since late November and needless to say it is a really fun job, management are understanding and are good to ask questions to, clear ways of progression and clear ways of training. I understand some parts of the company are not as good as they can be but please ignore all the negative reviews! As long as you work hard and communicate your goal, they can help you get there.
