Really good company to work for, great work life balance and flexible working policy. Quite regular turnover of staff as i dont think they are the highest payers in the market. Senior management is mostly great, if you have disagreements the HR team is very fair. Company car policy has some good cars but the wait time is very long.

SES is part of Wates Group and is corporate and SES office was well organised and good team spirit.

Team building and fund raising in-house charity

A good bunch of people to work with but as is often the case a poor bunch of people to work for. Promised to be a good job at the outset but one by one promises were broken along with morale resulting in my resignation. 

The main area of improvement would need to be communication there is also not enough support from management when required.  SES Engineering is a division of the Wates Group.

It was very busy day on the main time was enjoyable to work for this company because the all people i worked with were great and helpful and I learned many things from them.

SES was a perfect environment for me to experience my first job. The team members were amazing and keen to help me learn all the skills I needed to be able to do my job.

Fab team on site helpful busy good site work. 
Couldn't have picked a better team to work directly with. 
Ideally preferred when I was agency.
Only regret is going staff

Salary was alright . Work ethics not so much. Was a funny culture there. The work was good and contractors good. Higher management could be so much better
