Stated during interview that i'd need time off when my child was born.

Was immediately fired the day i returned from the birth under probationary period, as the note-taker in interview failed to take notes of this despite the manager being reminded on multiple occasions that i would need that time off. 
Then when i made gdpr requests for my information they waited till the 29th dday after the request to give the information (never giving the full information requested) for a period of time until i would no longer be able to make a legal claim against them.

Atrocious work atmosphere, i

Pharmaceuticals was a completely new area for me. They had a business operations where systems & process were misaligned. I took initiative to understand product & process. Developed a communications system for clients. Structured entire process from receipt of order to delivery of drugs (within 72 hours). I also sent invoices to each site (by the end of month) to ensure we receive payments in time. Trained staff to ensure operations run smoothly (even in my absence)

I was a member of the export department responsible for the processing of outgoing stock. Daily responsibilities included the picking of orders, batch checking medicines and the  packing and preparing of orders for delivery. My time at Sigma Plc allowed me to develop my organisation and diligence through the thorough record keeping and batch checks, as well as my communicative and time-management skills, through prioritising orders by urgency  and working within a team and with delivery drivers.

Being a part of the company meeting colleagues working towards to the goals meeting company customers

I don't feel anything just like that unity and strengthen yourself 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment like an big family and friends give and take policy good 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
There is no typical day for me every day is same for me as usual

The family that own Sigma are lovely people and very family orientated. My job itself started out good but as the accounts being opened increased the work was too much for the people in the office to manage so it was a very stressful environment to work in for the last year I was there. 
It also didn't help that the office manager was very unprofessional in her manner of dealing with issues that she had with other members of staff.

This role involved the purchasing of mobility and veterinary products from various suppliers. This included managing and updating the stock levels within the system as well as chasing up orders for suppliers. I was also responsible for designing the mobility website and product book and keeping this book up to date with product lines and promotions. I also visited local pharmacies to see and discuss how they could benefit from stocking mobility products.

Realky bad company to work, no facilities for the staff  the canteen had rats running around. The toilets were shacks and smelt realky bad. The accountant was my manager and the hr manager was in the same office. They were ruling the office like we were in colonial times. Even if you wanted to have a team lunch you could not do that without prior consent.

Good company to learn warehouse experience but you Will never have good pay. That company always will pay minimum wage. Doesn’t matter how long and how good you gonna be there always you will be on government minimum wage… Sigma is not future company.. any time you will ask for more money they will tell “we are not busy we don’t have money” 

I enjoyed the time spend there but I want to change working nights.i prefers daytime.at the moment they don't have avaible places in day shift that's why I leave the company end maybe it's the moment to change .i hope the best for the company end for all my team

I fulfill orders, care about their completeness and timing. I learned to use a mobile picking system. 
I appreciate friendly relationship with the manager and openness of the team I work with. 
Night shifts are a bit difficult, it requires time to get used to it.
