What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing special every person who is on any position like manager or supervisior everytime shouting on workers and showing attitude of their positions

Every one is shouting on juniors

Very bad environment  .
All employes are very depressed from mnager's behaviour

Every day is a typical day there because on any small mistake they will threat you give card and go home .

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nice people to work with,nice supervisors(most of them),good breaks structure to be productive,the work is not that hard and the pay is ok.Really great team work

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The 12 hrs shift can feel too much at times,sime entitled people can interfere with your work

Mixed culture,friendly and a feeling of belonging

Yelling and bullying, abusive people, gossiping bad about other colleagues all the time. Managers and team leaders got no management or communication skills at all and give no respect to anyone, and will follow blindly what other jungle people say about u. My manager was heard calling MF to everyone behind their back for a very small reason and yet the company dont give fck coz he is a cheap worker. You lift and pull heavy pallets all day for 12h for lowest wages in the UK. 

 If you like being worthless, you should work here.

The owners of this company have owned the business for a long time so they have there people who they already like and it is very hard to even be recognised I. A place like this. There was constant blame culture to staff members that would not have a leg to stand against the big names that are protected by the owners so they would getaway with a lot and the normal staff members were the ones being mistreated

Signature Flatbreads Ltd is a great place to work, my days are always different and there are new challenges every day!

I've learnt a lot since I started with Signature Flatbreads Ltd and everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

The work environment is great and whilst we all work really hard there are  rewards for hardworking ones.

Everyone works as a team even though it can be difficult at times.

It’s very long shift and they didn’t pay for any breaks as well

It’s very hard to stay one place for 12 hours

The environment is Not good , its average

The working conditions are very bad,Do it how you can .
No EHS ,forced overtime.
Most of the workers dont speak English,
Management very unprofessional ,shouting with people and dont speak English

The staff there are very nice and friendly. I'm learning day to day about this job. We get 2 breaks but each break is only 20 minutes which is a downfall. It's an easy job but it gets very difficult to work because there are too many team leaders.

A typical day would be working together to achieve targets 
Working smart not hard. 
The workplace culture is friendly but professional.
the most enjoyable part of the job is hitting targets and working together.

Bad job, low sallary, bad management, not every time polite, very strict on work. Seems forcefully sometimes, some people agonizing in such places, no hope, no meaning, nothing to learn, not developing skills, the skills you get trained for, is pain and sorrow. Not recomand! Bellow 1 star
