If you take a job here expect to be moved from pillar to post, do what you are told by management the supervisors will jump on you! Power mad. The have no care for you the food they offer is often inedible and if you are on nights be prepared to be employed for peanuts and expected to be a manager, but paid as lower rank. Avoid this place!

Skibo Castle it is beautiful place in very isolated location. This is 5 star private property. Work hours if I am right is 40h per week , 2days off I learn there, when you alone in very small team people gossiping about another members of staff and after smiling to they face, some people with very negative energy. Skibo provide very good accommodation near to Castle with your private room and bathroom, you will share lounge and kitchen. 

the wages r gd the meet the standard rate,my job was dealing with bags and cases and deliverying them to rooms and lodges the managment is very gd with dealing with your problems you may have i would say it is a gd place to work you meet different people on a daily basis

If you decide to join the team expect plenty of backstabbing, Lying and manipulative behaviour from coworkers and bosses. Some great people most some outright nasty and the rest are very fake, a lot of gossip and rumour spreading goes on. It’s no wonder why so many leave here.

They seemed nice at first but everyone is disgustingly rude and bullies if you don’t jump when they say it (the other housekeepers) they will ignore you make lies and overall make ur day horribly unpleasant they will even accuse you of doing stuff making others cry I hated working there

Long hours. Expected to work fast and do everything perfect. Be prepared to be bullied at work. Favouritism, if you’re not in that circle, better look for another job.

Skibo castle is a brilliant place to learn as they are a 5 star hotel, it was a good experience working at Skibo castle. I really enjoyed working there

I can't believe that they let me work here! The pay is great, management is amazing and I can't wait to carry on working here. What a great world to live in!

It’s a good job. Although people are very negative. Which can make the job hard sometimes. Free meals on shift everyday, management is good. Good pay.
