Good job to gain experience and nice team of people, but no training, and poor pay. 

You have to learn from your colleagues, but if one suddenly leaves, they take all their knowledge with them. 

Most management are from other local branches, but they rarely visit. 
So have to manage yourself and the team runs the branch, which is good as you don't have any interfering managers on site. 

Management are poor and lazy, directors have very little respect or trust in their employees, this reflects in the fact they don't invest in technology or safety equipment.

The wort company to work for. They have no opportunities of progression. They also favouritism certain workers. The management are very rude. The hardest part of the job is the training that they provide as they do not provide any training materials and expect people to learn within one day. Also the hardest part of the job are the people that work there, they are so rude and have no manners. This company has issues with keep important and private information confidential. 
There is no part that is enjoyable.

Without doubt the worst job I've ever had. Full time nights, no shift pay, no overtime pay, have to work every sunday and bank holiday (at single rate). Company has no understanding of a healthy work/life balance. Constantly pestered on your days off and on holidays - even cancelling holidays while your on them. 

No provision of mandatory health and safety gear, you approach management about this and they just fob you off. I see other shifts claiming hours they don't work, and again am fobbed off. 

Terrible management.

The only plus side is the people you work with.

My typical day at work will be I walk In with big smile on face I say morning half office say hello the other half don't 
Mangers apart from the odd one are very unprofessional they never approach you about an issue, 
They email you instead, very poor communication. I go in do my job and go home and that's to the point it's got I do enjoy my job as I get to communicate interacte with the customer not face to face  but I still like them to come off the phone and be happy and know I will sort there issue out

A lot of lazy people who go unmonitored and undisciplined. People disappearing for hours making other people do their work but still no complain or action from management.
Pay is so bad compared to the work you do. Progression is not good either. They promise you pau rise and won't give it to you for months.
They also find any excuse to deduct money from your salary like coming few minutes late and calling sick all adds up to the hours they deduct money from.

This place is not employee friendly environment to work in, more like a prison. Management do not know what they are doing, brainless morons. No incentive for staff and top of that company does not provide milk for tea. Pay is terrible compared to other courier companies are paying.

Night shift getting same pay as day shift, there is no night premium despite this was mentioned when having interview. Also they deduct 30mins of break regardless if you have worked 2hr or less shift.

answering phone to customers who have not received the parcels and re arranging a delivery day which suits them.   I have learned to be very tolerant on the phone to irate people. Managment was very supportive and helpfull. There are a number of diffrent people from all back grounds. The hardest part of the job was trying to calm an irate customer down.  the most enjoyable part of the job was talking to many different people and helping sort out the problem.

Brilliant place to work if you arent looking for a large salary or much in the way of progression. I started as a data inputter and left as an operations supervisor, however the wage barely moved which in the end forced me to leave.

Tasks include accurately inputting data into a computer system and obtaining relevant information off same system. The job also involves  sorting parcels, weighing, labelling, bagging, and also loading and unloading parcels off vehicles. All these duties are completed regularly to set deadlines.

I learned the importance of  teamwork.
