What is the best part of working at the company?
The company has a great culture outside of investigations which has the worst retention rate of any company I have ever worked for . Senior manager put too much pressure on numbers and not enough engagement with their staff .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company has not learned from
Mistakes made by  the previous regulator and continue to investigate without proportionality.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great outside of fitness to practice 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Emails and complaints from social workers and complaints that are not happy that it is taking over 3 years to have their complaint or investigation dealt with.

I love working here, the team is so supportive and there is a feeling of contentment throughout the organisation. Although there is an obviously hierarchy of staff, it never feels that way and I have had calls with the CEO of the company and spoke to him as if he was just another colleague. There are lots of room for professional growth and management are very supportive of this. I have a role that is very flexible with working from home and the office is very modern with great facilities. 

It's a great place to work, there's lots of work to do. Supportive culture but highly pressured. The people are great and the benefits are fantastic too.

A collaborative and supportive environment, with a strong and shared sense of vision and purpose. Possibly the friendliest workplace I have experienced.

Great team of people, and great organisation to work for. Collaborative environment,  salary is good as is work life balance. I recommend working here.
