Worked for a few companies before joining here, it was local and the flexi time was a great benefit for me, but that was about as it got. Hands down the worst place I've worked at.

Management is the most incompetent I've dealt with, you complain about the ridiculous workload and get slapped with a PIP. They bang on about mental health and listening to you to make a better work place but when you list the genuine concerns such as poor pay, high work loads, stressful conditions you get ignored...

There's a culture of making work for the sake of it, mostly to reach bonus targets for the end of the year review, you can spend months working on something for it to never get used just so someone can tick a box and say they did it.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good food in the canteen, really clean place 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unclear expectations and high workload, management dictatorship and too much politics

Had great 10 years there, had great fun, thought job for life until they made loads of us redundant.
Everyone new everyone just one big family. Best times there met some great people. 

With the dictatorship in engineering, I do not see any reason why engineers should join this company.
they already lost 10 engineers since April 2018.

Gave this company my all, even gave good feed back when had a visit with HRH a few years back. For the company to stab me in the back and sack me for no reason.

Poor staff engagement, often overworked with breaks determined by the mangement. Micromanaging is promoted with scoreboards on production line. Great canteen though
