mostly processing documentation it included  a few other tasks such as taking temperatures of all the labs making sure there ijn right temperatures for the environment processing document , editing documents, scanning documents hyperlinking documents, editing and creating spreadsheets data entry aswell as ordering maintaining stationary dealing with deliverers also did some days on the reception which would mean all reception duties including meeting and greeting customers setting up meeting rooms sending away deliveries and receiving them unpacking deliveries and store where applicable.

Job can be long hours and management dont really help. HUGE staffing problem but higher up wont higher due to  budget. Also won't give pay rises to the people generally working  hard. 

Only get pay rises if friends or lick management bum. 
Things always changing and never stays the same, even if its working. if you NEED a job then do it but defo other places are way better. 

Also as long as you are breathing they will hire you. 


Source Bioscience are a fantastic company to work for. The employees tend to care deeply about what they do from department to department. 

Not to mention how rewarding it is to be able to work for a business that is involved in helping to save lives.

Feels like a factory with the constant changes and flow. Never have a chance to rest. I knew this place wasn’t the best because I read the reviews but it still disheartened me to see the negative reviews were actually true. I wouldn’t go to this place unless your desperate or you don’t mind sucking up to management. 

Nice working enviroment however expect to be left in the dark by the higher ups about most things their lack of transparency with thier employees is thier greatest weakness. My advice take everything they tell you with a grain of salt.

I worked at SBS during COVID 19 and it was so busy which made time fly , really nice bunch of people to work with however senior management I found unapproachable and ignorant. Loads of redundancies after COVID the company made quick buck out of the pandemic 

Probably 0 stars from 5 if I could. Highly unprofessional company with low morals. Toxic work enviroment -makes you tired, depressed. Is difficult to work or progress in career due to the negative atmosphere created by coworkers, supervisors. Best to avoid.

Working for SBS is great. The management team are all very open to ideas, the employees all get along and you're working for a company that actually makes a difference to people lives.

I have worked at Source Bioscience for almost 2 years and I love it!!

Probably the most satisfying job I have had. The team I work within is one of the best.  

Nice team . Management is nice as well . Great place to start your career . 
Worked here during the covid 19 pandemic and had a lot of fun . Unforgettable experience and made some lifelong friends and memories.
