The colleagues are what make the place! The nurses are supportive and make day-to-day manageable.  Milage is paid if you agree to cover at another practice, although this sometimes has to be chased.

Unfortunately, management ruins the company. There is lack of structure, poor communication (if any) and expectations are unclear and change without ANY notice. (How can you make the change if you aren't told).

The turn-over of staff if crazy, and job security can feel uncertain given how people have been let go from the company in the past. 

Overall, the clinical team is strong, but the management and organisation as a whole need significant improvement.   

Space use to be an amazing place to work.  Good culture, great work life balance, good work ethic from all staff.  New company came into the business The Dental Doctors and whilst I am happy for change the way they manage is shocking,poor leadership, zero communication, all staff complaining and leaving but they still refuse to see an issue in the way they lead.  They lead through fear.  They have managed to create an extremly toxic working enviroment and if you have any morals or ethics this is not the company for you.  

Very good place very positive with decent wages that go up in line with you getting more experience and qualifications. Great team work, uniform provided gdc and indemnity all paid for unlike most dental practices. Interview was very calming and no pressure, mainly based on you being a kind caring individual who is able to work well in a team! If you dont have the full experience they need they are more than happy to help train you up and offer free training. Lots of room to progress 

Do NOT apply if you want a serious career and job security. They fire people left right and centre without a care in the world and have no real reason behind it. You are constantly told false promises and are never appreciate for the graft you put in. Treat staff like a joke even though you work so hard for them. Totally unprofessional and you never know when your last day might be. Do not waste your time for the sake of your mental health
