Been with them for nearly 3 years now. They look after their staff. The owner of the company is down to earth and hard working. As with any job it requires hard work at times. Pay is always on time and correct. I am a university student, the company acknowledges that I have exams and allow me to have some days off as well as read my books when it is quiet. Can't really complain.

Good to work for, I received a job from them right on my doorstep for 12 months, only left due to new job location to far and long hours, Good management,good hr team , plenty of work,  bit shocking with their holiday system I experienced but apart from that my pay was correct and in my bank account on time. 

Worked for specialzed summer 2015 great company, duties encluded general croud mangent securing perimeters and assisting general public with enquirers. Staff are frendly and very helpfull loved meeting new people and helping them with there questions

You need to put in the hours if you want to earn an decent wage as it was min wage when I was there. They were getting time and a half for holidays and bank holidays from companies and not passing it on to staff.  Very tight.

They employ staff on temporary base then they fire them. No staff respect, the manager is a lady which swears all the time (foal mouth).
Bad customer care

Company are an absolute joke. Get promised time hours and get all your shifts taken off you. Run by absolute clowns. If you want to be able to feed your family, keep a roof over your head and pay your bills do not go to this company stay well away

An organised management treat the staff an appropriately

Rates are low ..

At first give regular work, then drop your hours and they take more staff on and end up only getting 3 shifts a week 


this job gave me the skills to manage a massive workforce and keep everything running smoothly from day one. i enjoyed the social part of this job it was very satisfying.

You will probably regret joining,few stay or enjoy it there. Management a waste of time hours to suit them not as arranged,  always getumbered with hours you don't want.

Enjoyed this for biggest part of the time but when my site finished there was no more sites in my area.
