When starting company told false promises of many hours and job advancement quickly. Sadly they were all lies as I spent more time working there and speaking to more than 10 different coaches they did not have one good thing to say about the company. 
The issue is the owners/ managers as they started the company as a business and while they need to make money for a living it’s to the point where they pay the full time staff minimum wage making them worse of than being on zero hours just for the privilege of having constant hours. 
There is a environment of underhand and uncomfortable practices from the owners who treat the employees as money rather than as people to be valued and are there to help them.  
Somehow worse than these issues is the absolute absence of any knowledge on how to run a coaching business coordinating coaches and making things clear to those involved and shifting blame to appear like they are right you are wrong. 
Dozens of coaches have left who realised there was a lot better out there.

Variety and level of training given to help staff develop within the job

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Travel as some times you can be asked to travel quite far but not often. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great, lots of team building events are organised by the management team and the opportunity to work with many different members of staff. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It varies depending on if you cover PPE or run after school clubs but my rota was always consistent if possible.

My career goals is to become a teacher, I needed experience for a couple of years before my PGCE placement. Sportscool understood this and was so supportive, this is a fantastic company who’s been active for 14 years, you don’t do that unless your foundations and support to your staff and schools it’s outstanding.

Not a great company to work for, focussed solely on making money for the company. Promises of full time work, which never arrives.

Management is poorly organised and makes snap judgements based on limited evidence.

All the staff are enjoyable to work with and make the sessions fun for both the children and coaches. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing the children enjoying themselves.

Amazing people to work with, learnt so much being there in the short months I was there. Incredible teaching methods and skills taught to the children.
