The Star Academies is a fast growing and evolving academy that is developing more and more schools.
Thus staff turnover does change quite often and can have an impact on consistency.  However the Senior Management always look to model well - I.e. Coming out every duty, being able to empathise, etc

I can’t fault working at my current school, Starbank Academies; it has truly been an amazing experience. The leadership team (SLT) is incredibly supportive, always approachable and willing to help whenever needed. The positive environment they foster makes it a great place to grow professionally and personally. I feel valued and motivated every day, which really enhances my overall job satisfaction. The collaborative spirit among colleagues and the commitment to student success make it a wonderful place to work.

Poor management, manger disrespectful, over worked, less pay for the work load, work not appreciated by any staff, would never go back to this job and strongly would not recommended this job to anyone i am taking from experience. The manager for this job is very arrogant and does not appreciate your work. 

Worst company to ever work for. Job description was false advertisement. Poor management, singled me out from the rest of the colleagues. Expected me to do a 2 mans job all by myself. Would never work for this company ever again. 

Great team and Wider Team and very inclusive work environment to be part of.  Opportunity to develop your career as well CPD opportunities.  Excellent management teams.

Excellent workplace with supportive colleagues and SLT. Organisation values  work life balance.  Student behaviour is supported by pastoral teams and students are expected to follow the behaviour policy. 


Really enjoyed my time working at the school. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The management had an open door policy and would support you in any way. 

Not very enjoyable. School management treat the children appallingly. 
No wonder the attendance is so bad. If my work colleagues treated me this way I wouldn’t want to attend. 

Exiting place to work- schools provide high quality expectations of teaching and learning and the facilities of schools are great -good modern and new buildings
