Terrible company, promised the world but sacked me after only 3 weeks from leaving a full time, good paying job due to being 15 minutes late twice. This was through no fault of my own as I left with 20 minutes to spare every morning incase of traffic, but came down to the day on two separate occasions where the traffic was a lot more than I thought it would be  got called in for a meeting on a Monday morning to not only not get a say in anything or to explain what had happened, but to simply hand me a printed envelope detailing my employment had been terminated and I was to hand everything in and to never come back

a typical day would include checking repairs and jobs to arrange for the day as well as ordering parts for engineers, answering calls and dealing with customers and suppliers. i learnt how to organize my engineers day to make his repairs and services viable and economical for the day ahead. management were always on hand to help with any queries i had as well as having my co workers assistance. the hardest part of my job was making sure customers and engineers were happy. the most enjoyable part of my job was completing tasks within the time with no complaints.

The day was ever the same and faced with challenging circumstances to resolve. Here I strongly learnt how to communicate effectively & organisational skills.

Bullying tactics are allowed to happen, in a matter of 8 months  7 colleagues were pushed out If you are thinking of working for Stertil check their turn over first

Good working hours, mon - Friday. Great team to help if ever unsure of anything. Also felt stable in my job here. Would normally work through lunch if I was busy.

Did not enjoy my time with this company. Would not recommend a job here due to unreasonable travel compared to what you are told during your interview/first week.
