The expectations are completely unrealistic—long hours with little to no recognition or fair compensation. The pay does not even come close to matching the workload, and there's zero effort to create a healthy work-life balance.

The management, unfortunately, is one of the biggest issues. The directors clearly lack both experience in running a business and the skills needed to manage people effectively. Toxic behaviour is rampant—feedback is either ignored or met with defensiveness, and any semblance of collaboration or team spirit is quickly quashed by poor decision-making at the top.

There's no room for growth or development here, as leadership is too focused on micromanaging and placing blame instead of fostering an environment of learning and support. Morale is low, and turnover is extremely high for a reason.

I would not recommend working here to anyone. If you're looking for a job where your contributions are valued and your time is respected, look elsewhere.



This company is run by a young director who seems more focused on short-term wins than long-term success. Their leadership style is  erratic, with an attention span comparable to a cocker spaniel. The work culture is heavily clock-watched, with an expectation to stay late—sometimes as late as 11 PM—without any additional benefits or time off in lieu.

The pay is below average for the number of responsibilities expected, and the annual leave allowance is less than what most companies offer. To make matters worse, the production floor operates in a culture of apathy, largely because management fosters a blame culture. Mistakes are often pinned on employees when they are, in fact, the result of poor management decisions.

This is not a company that values its staff or promotes a positive working environment. Proceed with caution if considering a role here.
