I absolutely loved the opportunity to work here, there aren't many production jobs like this. It's like stepping back in time to a close knit family environment, really enjoyable and a gem to find.
Unfortunately it was ruined by the attitude of one of the production supervisors / lead operators, he was brilliant in his job, he was knowledgeable about everything except how to talk to people. He had an aggressive attitude from the very start, very confrontational, in your face. He'd talk to you as if you had a problem with him, or he had a problem with you, it was absolutely bizarre and i have never encountered this in all of my years of work. Unfortunately his attitude ruined it for me, there was no way i will be spoken to like that again, no one should be spoken to like that. 
Nothing will change of course, it never does with these people does it, the very people our parents warned us about...etc etc...
 His knowledge of the product will see him through, these people walk amongst us, however I do suggest that he be stripped of his position, removed from his authority and fired with immediate effect.

Immature childish middle management, most supervisors spend most of the time staring out the windows not actually getting on with work, but then come down hard on guys on the street when works are not complete. 
Over all management only interested in figures. 
Unbelievable toxic project admin team.

No training, no career path.  Expected to get on with it.

If you dont mind getting snotty emails at all times of the day and night. This is the place for you. 

Very little in terms of reward or recognition.  When it comes to being a number your reminded constantly you are a number. 

Pro - can take all the substance you want aslong as you get the work done. 

Con  - middle management, office staff

Minimal training overloaded with work to the point your under stress and pressure everyday .
Asking for help feels like you've just committed a crime .
Management are horrendous towards untrained staff and can be quite abrupt .
If you dont like it leave attitude .
You get paid far too little for whats involved .
You are more or less doing the work of a trained electrician and telecoms engineer with very little training. 
I'm one of few with the exact same view .
You have to claim back expenses for everything you may need out in the field including charging your company car which you'll have to wait a few weeks to get back .


I have been with SWARCO for a short time however I have already learnt a great deal. What most impresses me about SWARCO and their senior management is that they know there is improvement to be made and is willing to invest time and effort into making this happen. They are willing to listen to the experts in their field and invest resource to make positive change. They are a forward thinking company with some exciting times on the horizon. From a personal point of view I have felt supported and challenged during my time here. My colleagues are a great bunch who are professional but can also provide light relief when needed.

For me, the workplace culture sets Swarco above other employers.

I found the staff to be helpful and engaging, which is encouraged by working towards common goals and targets.

The group maintains strong growth, and the technology and innovation road maps are impressive. It's exciting to be involved in emerging markets whilst maintaining a strong focus on the existing portfolio.

I would recommend Swarco to employees of all levels, and I believe career progression is readily available for those that desire it.

Worked with a good team and engaged well with senior management who were approachable and knowledgeable, although sometimes way too busy.

Growth in some of the business units is so strong that controlling operational day to day can be challenging.

A good bunch of people in large organisation that genuinely wants to keep getting better.

While Dynniq has been a good place to work in the past, and offered a lot of opportunity to someone with passion and dedication, recent changes in management have made it a very difficult environment, and workers are liable to be seen as figures on a spreadsheet, as opposed to experienced individuals with a lot to offer. For anyone looking to join today, beware of turbulence and a workload higher than your prospective hiring manager is letting on!

No day was ever the same, dependant on the post/faults received.
I was always encouraged to take part in any relevant training by my team leader.
My colleagues were friendly and we always helped each other if we were able to.
The hardest part was sending quotations for jobs that weren't covered under maintenance contracts or 
The most enjoyable part of the job was the variety of the work.

Working at a SWARCO is not what it seems, certain management style does upset many people, ie personality clash, 
They have a very strong Sales team which works to their advantage and looks great in the public eye
There is not much product training for engineers and one has to ask around to fault fix the product.



My typical day at work would be driving to site, fixing/ maintaining the equipment, calling office and/or customer to inform them of what I have done. Awaiting information on next job and driving to another site. I have learned vast amounts and gained knowledge and experience of Swarco's equipment.
