The best part of working for this Company is working 8-4.10pm Mon-Fri

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management create a stressful, inconsistent, toxic work environment from top to bottom.  Don't question anything, don't be proactive.   If you do you're stuffed.  If you are happy being treated as a number, then work here!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is toxic and there is a huge gap between management and shop floor.   Management don't support you and don't want to be bothered, especially HR.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depressing.   Machinery old and always breaking down.  Some people treated more favourably than others.  Inconsistant rules, some can do what they want, others targetted!  An Institution feeling.

Not a nice place to work. Manager likes to micro manage and is not open to any ideas or input from employees. A lot of the staff are best friends with the manager outside of work and it creates a very cliquey environment. If your face doesn’t fit you will have a miserable time and they will do everything they can to get rid of you  to the point I was having panic attacks and was in tears every morning until I quit. They trampled all over my mental health until I handed my notice in and left. My job is something I take pride in, I’ve always had positive feedback and comments from management and colleagues and they made me feel like I did a horrible job and wasn’t good enough and was terrible at what I do. If you value being mentally healthy, stay away from working here. 

where do i start , no support off management you are left on your own. a lot of management love to fight for power. They have no loyalty or care for their employees, the bosses are all corrupt and the chain of command from poor management leaves staff feeling undervalued and not cared about. The amount of staff that come and go is astronomical as no one enjoys working there. No one I have worked with at Swegon has a good word to say about it. Would not recommend to anyone. toxic environment.

Worked there for several years. Got to work along side some really good, genuine people but the majority have a very toxic way of working. Management especially! If your face fits and you benefit them, you can do no wrong. The second you disagree or question something, you're as good as gone. I saw many hard working guys get pushed out because certain "managers" decided they wanted rid. Lazy workers could do no wrong. God forbid you want to have a conversation whilst working! Even worse if it was a member from a different department! 

Working at Swegon is great because the staff are very friendly and approachable. The hours are good and can be flexible if necessary. I also like the fact that each project is unique with different challenges, which makes every day interesting.

Management take your professional development seriously and there is ample opportunity to progress your skill set and undertake a greater amount of responsibility, if that's what you wish to do.

My position involved servicing customer in my area (West Midlands, Wales, top of South West), introducing our products to all kinds of customers - End User, Trade, OEM, M&E and Consultants, discussing their requirements, costing and compiling proposal, chasing customers feedback, closing deals, processing orders and achieving sales targets

Overworked and consistently underpaid for the level of responsibility expected, with frequent pressure to meet unrealistic demands. Management is often rude and unapproachable, creating a negative working environment where concerns are not taken seriously. There is also a clear lack of proper training and support, leaving staff to figure things out on their own, which leads to unnecessary stress and mistakes.

Working at Swegon is great. There is a large workforce across the whole of the UK at different sites. When relevant you travel between the sites and work with colleagues in all sorts of different functions like production, service, technical, R&D etc.

The company is changing a lot at the moment and this provides plenty of opportunity for personal growth within the organisation!

Absolutely shocking company 
Basically thrown in at the deep end to do a job without training and overlooked when you do it well,  then sacked because someone with experience is hired , used until they find experienced candidates,  I advise unless you have experience not to apply working here 

Toxic office environment, poor training, very little support. No consideration for work-life balance. High staff turnover because of how staff are treated. Unless you behave exactly as they expect I wouldn't expect to stay long. I would not wish working here on my worst enemy, absolutely soul destroying. Avoid at all costs
