Some project leaders can expect a lot from the scientists working on there projects. Forgetting that a lot of them are significantly underpaid.

Overall culture is ok. Promotions are a popularity contest and not always based on experience or merit

Reasonable salary comparing to living cost nearby. Good people to work with. Relative high investment in labware and other equipments. Good management team with substantial development plans

Great company to work for because of its people. Really enjoy the work, it’s fast paced but really rewarding. Nice offices/labs. Good to be part of a growing company.
