my experience was less than satisfactory. One of the most concerning issues was the lack of attention to workplace safety. Basic safety protocols were often ignored, and when concerns were raised, they were not taken seriously by management. This created an environment where employees felt unsafe and undervalued.

Additionally, the management team was poorly organized and unresponsive to employee feedback. Decisions often seemed arbitrary, and communication about policies or changes was unclear, leading to unnecessary confusion and inefficiency.

While there were some positives, such as friendly coworkers,the critical issues with safety and management made it a challenging and frustrating place to work. I hope the company takes steps to address these concerns for the sake of current and future employees.goodluck



Although I was only employed for a short period of time as sick cover I really enjoyed working here.  The hours are only weekdays so weekends are your own.

The staff with whom I worked were pleasant, professional and willing to give extra help and advice if I found something hard to do.

Overall I give this employer an A+ rating.

A great please to work if you want to really make a difference. Tai Tarian has strong values which are found throughout the building and employees are given many opportunities here. Work life balance is excellent and pay benefits are reasonable. Only downside is that communication is very slow from the top. 

They make you do a skilled persons job with no training and if you mess up its your fault you should know a job you've never been trained I.  Management ply stupid and will brush any problems under a rug. They will not listen to doctors advice 

I enjoy working at tai tarian and find the managers and other staff great to work with. They are very helpful with career progression and will always take on board any questions or concerns. Highly recommend 

The company is great and runs well considering the amount of work and pressure. A good atmosphere and I enjoyed working for the company. Would recommend 

Brilliant company to work for. They really do look after their staff and tenants. Work life balance is spot on. A lot of potential for career progression.
