It's a family business which now started to get bigger contracts with international companies. Unfortunately, a lot of things are rushed due to missing parts or late delivery on fleet vehicles. Very strong top down management which benefits the owners of the company, but the employee. Working conditions are questionable. Heating is on only in one of the three warehouse units, staff toilets and canteens are in poor condition. If you keep your head down and do the job you will have plenty of hours to work. People with opposing views to the company tend to be let go first when layoffs are happening.

Pros - available overtime, friendly colleagues 

Cons - poor working conditions, low chance of career progression

To go home and drink some beer

The new boss is the worst  he is always massing with overtime 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is all kinds of cultures from Polish Ukraine India environment. It’s not too bad.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very stressful all the time someday is good

It was great place to work under the freedom of previous CEO's with a background in geophysics and technical people. All changed with the new CEO who is an accountant essentialyl. Doesn't understand the business so well. The employees are now just a commodity which isn't going to help the company long term now. Its just about shareholder dividends at all cost.

Everybody is paid differently, foreign members and young persons paid very poorly. No job security, I watched at least 5 people be fired for no substantial reason. I recommend this as a temporary job. Do not trust the promises of a contract.

A good place for on the job learning but do not expect to be well paid or appreciated. You will gain experience in many different disciplines with some exposure to external clients.
