I worked here as a temp - welcomed into the team who were friendly and supportive at all levels. Dedicated person gave me my training but there was always someone on hand if I had a question and I wasn't left to confront new tasks without support. Relaxed office atmosphere

At little Greene I worked with some lovely people.
But a lot was expected of you. there was no process in place and when things needed fixing it never got done.

Good company for those who want to develop new skill and face a new challenge. The company is growing rapidly and they are building new offices. They produce really high quality paint

Very toxic place to work due to inexperienced managers, staff sressed,overworked, no training given, staff not trusted and treated like dirt no possibly of promotion 



People pleasing environment. Like said before if you have opinion, personality, don't even bother. Expect to say yes to everything and smile.  Poor salary and relying on commissions. 

Awful management, no processes, no respect for employees. You're just a machine working there, at the moment you say no to any abuse they make your life miserable. 

The day to day duties would include answering phone calls and questions, processing of orders/invoices, arranging goods to be despatched.
