Overall this company has serious GMP and management issues. You'll be verbally abused by Shift managers and production staff for rising issues. Once customers complains flood in, because issues are never fixed and people who are accountable are never punished, you'll be the scapegoat. Unfortunately, there isn't must help from the Tech side too. There is very little support and once again you'll fall victim to the same issues, time and time again.

good place to work as the work itself is easy but as in most factories the management staff is not competent and creates constant tension and hence the departure of good staff and workers and THIS is the big problem, they flatter you and talk behind your back and this is in all departments unfortunately

Don’t work there !! disgusting work environment.. managers on a power trip .no training given . Can’t communicate with other people as they don’t speak English .. they don’t have enough staff as people walk out every day so you do the job of 4 people 

Long hours for poor pay,poor management,no covid restrictions in place,do as you are told or you are out,give you a rise but take your bank holiday premium off you so you actually lose money

Nothing to complain. Money could be better as is a really hard job there. Most of the people are really nice. It is a typical factory, the best for you is just come and do your job, that's it. 

The job is fine, pays okay. Needs better management. The culture isn't too great. A lot blaming and finger pointing. I would recommend getting a job in the offices, if you wish to work there. At least there is the free coffee. 

Ok place to work not the best , they don’t look after the staff , no bonus at all times not recognised for what you do and the salary is not  very good

Worked there for 9 years and sometimes 7 days a week.
Got made redundant and then found out they were hiring for drivers again within weeks of me leaving.
Has high turnover of staff.

Is better to avoid any work with this company. Management is doing what they want. You are nothing and they treat you like nothing. So be sure it's only temporary.
