Generally a fairly repetitive job, middle management lives in a fantasy but the salary is ok and the hours are fine.

Workplace culture is toxic - very target oriented, and for a firm which is directing itself very heavily towards expansion, its scattergun firing policy seems very poorly thought through. 

It is a hard sector to retain employees in. For a starting analyst, the work itself is extremely dry and this is unfortunately an inescapable facet of the industry - it is essentially recruitment, however much we market our client base as high-powered financial exponents.

It is highly expanding and recruiting lots of graduates; however, this made the company currently going through a transitional period that there are too many young and less experience people. It has cut down a research department and only left the two departments mainly working as an agency networking people. It is good for young graduate to work in gaining business awareness but it is so far limited to see the job progression and skills.

9-6 job - learned sales, negotiation, and people management. Hardest part of the job is the micromanagement of every single aspect of your job. The most enjoyable part is the work colleagues. everyone is young and fun and you can meet interesting people. They pay you little but expect you to come in before 9 (although your contact states 9am) and then also expect you to answer emails outside of work hours.

A day at work is absolutely what you make of it and you have the autonomy to explore the areas most of interest once competent at the job e.g. client development; account management; training and development etc. The middle management are yes-men though and seem to lack vision, direction and real purpose though.

Really mind numbing work. I think I've lost brain cells just thinking about the time I spent at Third Bridge. Only go if desperate for money. Not for the faint of heart.

Young company with many social events and intelligent coworkers. Management truly believes in the product but as an employee it is becomes hard to justify the level of devotion required to the company when little exit opportunities exist.

Third Bridge is led by a group of people that really look at their business and make it work for their customers. As a start to your career you will learn a lot, coming back mid-career it was great to be able to reinvest in a growing product.

Senior manager is unapproachable, hardly see a happy face in the office. A lot of brands and product information to learn if you are not familiar with them which is best part of the job.

Odd for a company's job description to focus more on what you would not get from a role, than what you would.
At least they are highlighting what your experience will be!
Come away with less than you went there with

Worked with a lot of different people through telephone, was able to more deeply explore the psychology of people and improve my communication skills.
