The PPE was poor, and the shop was a mess.
The lack of english speakers was a problem and as a result the turn over rate was high. In my 7 months there  I trained 4 different guys to to a complex skilled job.
This was never acknowledged by management and in the end ... i had to resign as it was making me unhappy.

HAVING SAID THAT....
I did enjoy the job and the high level of responsibility.

Training Course are available - Staff are encouraged to train 
With working in the service division scheduling is the hardest part of the work load  
Days vary due to the nature of the job 
It is a fast moving job and the ability to multitask is essential

Still company not send me my documents about work. I'll not get copy my contract. Still not get my p45. Company kick me out day bay day. Don't give me a notice. Thompson don't care about worker. Maybe because I am polish. Not Recommended.

experienced a lot when working here but was not given the correct guidence or suitable accomadation. felt no-one you could talk to if you had a problem.
