When you first start they will make you feel so important and valued as a member. Then after a month or so true colours will show you will see your undervalued unappreciated and replaced within minutes if you were to leave , you will be expected to clean homes that you should be paid about 15 a hour for because of the terrible conditions but be on minimum wage even after 2 years of employment. They guilt trip you, underpay you. Blame u if your stuck in traffic between jobs and only pay u for the clients not the time it took you to get their even though you cant control the traffic. 

I will miss working here at top to bottom cleaning services, everyone was so friendly and understanding. Everyone worked as a team to get the jobs finished in time and to a very high standard.

There wasn't really a typical at Top to Bottom cleaning as I was based all over Southampton doing different things, which I enjoyed.
This was a family run business so was very friendly. Here I learnt how to organise my time on a daily basis.

I would not work for them again.....you can't trust ......they think more of their business ....than the workers ,who break their back for them .....
I am glad that I am out of there ...and got a new job with a much better company,who really value you.....

Money grabbing fake accountant in charge.
Getting up and working for them is hard.
No enjoyable part.
Un paid travel time in between clients and buying products all your time.

Iffy all round


Great people and a very fair and understanding boss. Some of the work is hard and you are on your feet for most of your shift. No set breaks so you eat and drink on the go.
