A very nice group of people to work for, and with. A pretty mild interview, making them great for people who dread interviews. Plus, they were a very inclusive group who seemed willing to give a wide range of people a chance.
The nature of the ad-hoc, temporary position I worked meant that our hours changed at short notice. This usually meant an increase, rather than an increase though, so prospective employees shouldn't have to worry about losing out on pay/hours.

Management doesn't care

Your overworked for penny's.  Management doesn't support you. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
TOXIC Environment. Company doesn't care for there employees.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Nothing but pure stress, doing management work. Meanwhile your actually manager is ignoring you and your needs.

Total clean is a good company to work for provided you are only looking to work for a few hours. I've worked for total clean for about two years now and in that time i have worked on a couple of different sites however none of them offering much in the way of hours with the longest being ten and the shortest being four. The management is very hands off I've only seen my manager in person a couple of times which is fine most of the time but can be really annoying when something goes wrong also management can take forever with your stock

All of it from the top to the bottom

The work places are fine if your left alone and not hassled by the main people the directors

Stressful, tiring and extremely mentally exhausting

Wages not paid correctly, lack of interest of the director managers, too much pressure.

It is awful  without health and safety

Very stressful and you never know if you will have your job at the end of the day

Having worked here for just under a year as a supervisor, I can honestly say after doing this role before for another company the difference in my day, my role the respect I get off directors, employees and clients has been outstanding nothing is too much trouble if you need assistance it is there 

Staff are friendly always greet you with a smile .  Management are always on hand to support you and even get their hands dirty when needed which is rare in most cleaning companies.  Good banter which again Is good always leave work with a smile .  Typical day up out start at 6 cover if needed makesure sites are well stocked etc finish at 12 .. 

Worked there for a week before getting a stomach bug and took 2 sick days and then they messaged me to say they would have to let me go because they can't have staff who get sick because they have no cover. Everything was fine before they fired me over text whilst I was at home sick. 

Really bad company I would stay clear , if you are ill or need time off for family emergencys, you get treated differently or they refuse honesty all's they see you as at total clean is a work horse , it's a perfect job if you are single and have no life ( ex mobile cleaner)

I can't really fault this company, it appears to be a small family run company who come off as generally nice and good employers to work for. "10/10 from len" as they say
