Amazing company, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The job itself is challenging, but tasks are always achievable and not overbearing. There's great opportunities to learn new things and progression within the company is always an option if you desire but not forced. The team leaders and managers are really supportive and really give you a voice.

The senior management team are really open, honest and communicate really well to the company as a whole. I really feel they recognise everyone's individual efforts to achieve our company targets. There's a no blame culture and you really do feel part of a team, not just a number. They also give you the opportunity to voice your opinion and I really feel they take it on board, listen and act upon it if needed.

Overall the company is friendly, enjoyable, ambitious and rapidly growing. I couldn't recommend them enough.


It’s been a very enjoyable 4 years working at Totally Branded, it is a fast growing company in a fast paced industry, the leadership team is very supportive, they are always looking to grow and improve and are open to new ideas, expectations are realistic and they are very patient with employees. There’s a strong focus on workplace culture, which suits a person with a positive attitude who is always looking to improve and take responsibility, there is a great team in place who are always willing to help each other out. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally, there is also a big belief in internal promotion at Totally Branded and management encourages learning and provides resources to develop new skills.

A relatively young company with a really strong enthusiasm for what they do with the focus on doing it well. 
Totally Branded are open to new ideas and ways of working and really value their staff. I actually enjoy going in to the office each day for the first time in years!

Answering inbound enquiries and helping clients get the merchandise they need in time for when they need it. The team is great and management is always at hand to help throughout the day. Fantastic training and earning potential in the role too.
