Absolutely dreadful, very political  and an all style  gossiping environment.  A part from the kitchen packet of good snacks there is nothing more to praise this company.  Still running on windows 19 and expect employees to use they own equipments as they don’t provide laptops and only to some senior staff will mobile phone.  The working hours are 42.5 per week and expect you to work much more on that!   All this is not covered on your interview!  They show you a desk and you left on your own to figure all out!  No training or support has been given to new starters.  Employees are scared to speak out as you get sowed the door.   The turnover of stuff is shocking and you get to see the worrying and fears after few days in the office.  Colleagues  will tell to you about the true Tradeweb culture on the toilets or outside the building!!  This is how the so toxic culture dictated by the UK and US management  prevailed and continues to spread as people are desperate to work.   It’s your choice to work there or not but, don’t be a full as your career there will not be for very much long!    

The people were all very nice and had a nice small kitchen full of snacks and drinks (and coffee too). They also offered lots of social events almost weekly. Cons would be that it's a bit too chill place you might not learn much of practical skills and stay the same. 

Great place to work with opportunities for a hardworking individual. Long hours but if you are willing to put the hours in you will see the benefits. I was lucky enough to be in a great team which made my time there.

i gained a lot from an internship here. i was able to work in many different sectors and this gave me good experience. i would recommend it if you are able to work here.

Great place to work when you have a good team. If you're a hard worker, want to develop your skills and have opportunities this is a great place to work.

I worked as an intern and it was very chill, but I saw how stressful it can be for the full-time staff. I would say the people are very nice though and good pay. 

Good salary but very long working hours. 
Colleagues are knowledgeable and kind. Management team gives lots of pressure but I guess it’s normal in financial companies
