What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of respect or appreciation for staff, bad communication, lack of transparency, regular cuts in contracts leading to precarity, low staff morale

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awful - staff are treated as easily replacable - their expertise is not valued. Their are not enough paid hours to fulfil the workload and expectation is that staff will work unpaid. Hourly pay rate is very low.

Company expects too much expenditure for too little in return. Hard work, effort and good work ethic is overlooked. This creates an environment which is very demotivating. Senior management either don't care or are completely oblivious to circumstances their office employees work in.

Not much work to do in the team, not great management but nice people to work with.  Can be clique with some people. Systems and procedures need updating and stuck to as people tend to do what they want without much guidance

Having been a student here, I knew the environment and it was creative and busy job for reception and kept me in the loop with music events around the area.

Completely Flexible hours, very easy money. Great experience, would highly recommend.
You can do work or read during shifts. Great to do alongside being a student.

Good place to work with friendly staff. However, people who have been there a while don't like change or to adapt with times.

Good pension and lovely facilities.
