So I was employed by a agency to work here and also a friend recommended me typical day is start early and start your work 
I didn't really learn a lot to be honest other than work out the workforce (which English was a second or even third language sometimes) The job wasn't hard but the Management was absolutely abysmal day to day they would move people around from line to line to accommodate their favourites the easier jobs of the day and as for Timekeeping only a select few actually came from back from  breaks on time but nothing would be said.... One "Supervisor" was an absolute tool who quite frankly could organise anything and would only assist anyone he knew outside of the workplace 

To Summarise if your face fits you will be fine if your a person who likes to use your initiative like myself don't bother because you will get called out for it and the Management will have you in the office

I have  worked there for quite long, there are lots of opportunities if you really need to work and learn, is quite easy to get in and there is a wide range of people from all around the world working together and you can learn a lot from them as well. As negative points... constant lack of respect from the management, humiliations, and so on, they are even agressive at some point, you know at what time you are supposed to be there but never know when you finish your shift, overtime hours are not paid, poor working culture focused on the production target on the top of everything else and you better expect to be forced to do whatever they might ask you to do in there, I will  not talk about hygiene and stuff like that (rats into the factory).

Position: Forklift Driver 
Duties:
• Knowledge of driving a forklift on work -sites, construction sites, factories, storage yards and warehouses
 • Creating a pallet of different stock by reading an order form and then driving the forklift around a warehouse to find different materials 
• Moving pallets of various sizes and varying weights from one part of a warehouse to another
• Unloading and loading HGV trailers (both single and double decker)
• Stocktaking using handheld scanners
• Inspecting a forklift for any mechanical faults and then reporting these to supervisors
• Awareness of all relevant Health & Safety procedures, and able to maintain a safe working environment

disgusting place to work they treat you like an animal make you feel small everyday is a different day but always dull some of the workers there are nice people i made plenty of friends but others i didn't get on with they are bullies and so are the supervisors there is one supervisor that is lovely she's polish but fun you can have a laugh with her the most enjoyable bit of the job was making friends and earning my own wage the rest wasn't enjoyable i will never step foot in that place again

Been working here for 2 months so far so good people have been really nice, only down side is sometimes it can be really cold and long days doing the same thing for 12 hours can be mind numbing at times. 
You get 2 half hour breaks if doing a long day and up to 1/2 cig/coffee breaks during the shift ( well I have been in the area I work in) all in all its a okay place to work.
Just be prepared to be very cold my first day wasn’t wrapped up enough and was shivering all day until manager sorted out a jacket to wear. (Layer up then layer up some more and then layer up more! Trust me )

What is the best part of working at the company?
scania units are good like that long hours 12 hour shifts so 15 hour days most of time you get all over place some places they want you to tip your self if thats not enough you driven the  wagan 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
long hours away from home and them expecting you too tip the trailer at some jobs that not for me

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
its rubbish they have not a clue whats going off half time

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
day drags on carnt wait to get home

This company will drain the life out of you and give nothing in return. All the ‘senior’ management just want a high pay check and an easy life whilst all the ‘middle’ management actually try to keep the place running. The shop floor staff are brilliant, other than that nothing more to say other than the HGV job is a con as they never get the wages right so you are always chasing them and the work load is that of a normal family business (they want to be rich and don’t care how it affects anyone).

The Bad.
-The place is very cold.
-Health and safety standards are very low as they only focus on reaching production targets.
-Management don't care about employees, and so you are treated like donkeys at work.
-You get to be send home half way through the shift because there is no work anymore, and you only for those fee hours.
- management always fighting with key ops because you didn't reach targets when they don't really deal with the root causes.
The good.
- Free car park.
- Sometimes you get free production food.
- you get paid on time.

Worst place I have ever worked , racism is at his home , they treat people like animals :(  they think they own you and they want you to do what they want and when they want . Very disrespectful managers , :( they need to remember that slavery time was few good years back , we are not living in that times anymore. They need to learn to appreciate there staff and to treat them with respect.

A lack of collaborative spirit, there is a blame culture that is well into the toxic zone. The staff are undervalued, generally seen as disposable and not given space to grow, when initiative is shown it is not rewarded. There is only a focus on the procedures during a visit or inspection. Change is needed, but it needs to come from the top down, as there is potential within the business.
