What is the best part of working at the company?
Enjoyed my time there. Learnt much about traditional construction and materials. health aside, i would still be there.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working outside year round, long hours. just the usual construction related grumbles, but over all probably the least stressful place I've worked in 40 years in construction.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good. I think the company tries hard to be fair and have a togetherness.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Job types and your role could be very varied. Never a typical day.

The management are great its like family, you have ups and downs but at end of day you all care for each other. Loved working there and the girls in the office. They were very flexible if you needed time of for appointments etc. The work is different on historical buildings and can be very interesting. 

work started off great with a great group of people company was very helpful main boss was great to it was the first time i had worked for UKRS  had to document ever stone take down with pictures of all stone in place and then down that was a learning for me but enjoyable to

UKRS is a fun and sociable workplace were all collaborate as a team in order to provide quality work on interesting projects. Joining the team has been great and I have learnt a lot in the short space of time I have been here and can’t wait to see what the future holds for myself and the team here at UKRS. 





Work is enjoyable most of the time, working away accommodation is hit or miss with little incentive to want to work away, travel is only paid to the job site, there is a wealth of knowledge to be learned but only from a few people.

UKRS has been an excellent place to work. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and help you settle in right away. They invest in there staff with training and development and continuous reviews.

Great atmosphere and great company to work for. 
They offer in-house training opportunities and regularly pay reviews. 
Would definitely recommend working here for office or site based roles 

Good place to work very enjoyable all collegues where helpful and friendly pay was ok and benefits where good early finish friday and paid works christmas party
