When applying for work don't expect to get most of it unless your the managers best friend. There are meany managers each I charge of diferent things like goodwood, festivals and events, football and doors and Twickenham. Sum managers will back you up in situations sum you never see. Lots of foren young people with in the company who are scared of there own shadow so don't rely on them to help out or speak English. Can be long hours with no brake but can be worth it. Get free meal on sun festivals and events is just a pack lunch ushaly. Have sum grate contracts like London nye fireworks Victoriois can listen to bands while working. Football shifts are annoying get to Southampton far to eirly then sitting around in cold n wet unless making your own way but still get wet depending where your put. Can be stuard even though your licenced and the foren people who are scared of there's own shadow get priority a lot of the time. Not a lot of respect if your good at your job in total

Awful company.  Only get given shifts if your face fits and in the managements clique.  Dreadful reputation in our area, really surprised they keep the contracts they have when there are far superior companies in thus area.

Poor welfare, you're not a name, just a number.

Takes too long to get a response when applying, interview is not very professional ( you can hear other people in the background talking about staff ) 
If your “lucky” to get a job there isn’t much work because they use their favourites. Only seem to call when they are short staffed.

Working with Vespasian Security has been a huge experience for me. All of the staff are very friendly and easy to get along with. The job gives you the opportunities to work at huge events which include some of the biggest festivals in the entire UK.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Vespasian Security and will continue to work for them.

The management are fantastic especially if you have a family emergency I cannot fault them one bit, uniform is provided black polo shirts, jacket, SIA license holder, depending on where you work you will need to wear a stab proof vest like hospitals but the site will provide them. The pay is basic £9.50 

Vespasian Security is a brilliant company to work for it is manage very well your treated all the same no matter what position you work in the hardest bit about the job was leaving my family to go away and work festivals but the plus side of that is that you get to go and work at festivals which is great because your being paid to listen to good music as well as work.
