Supervising various groups through the day the least being ten, with the largest being twenty three.   I have learnt that it is essential to be organised, yet flexible to accommodate the constant changes. The management team have always been fair, honest and willing to listen.The hardest part of the post is managing the dynamic of the various age groups.  The most enjoyable part of the post is meeting and interacting  with co-workers in the school environment, also seeing the response of pupils when they grasp an understanding of the task before them.

Fantastic, hard-working management who have worked tirelessly to find me placements in various schools, have called me to check up on my progression and have found me long-term placements as well as short-term cover work. The entire team are incredibly professional and are clearly passionate about their work, and have provided career development online training aswell as various resources to ensure you are comfortable and ready for work.

I am relatively new to Vida Education but I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to work in education but isn't sure how or where to start. I had a limited experience in education so I assumed that this wouldn't be the right path for me but I was definitely wrong. My consultant made the whole getting started process so simple and got me into work so quickly and always just at the end of a phone for any problems or queries. The best thing is it fits around me and my commitments 😊

I have found all the people at Vida to be very polite, professional and helpful. In particular, Sophie Lawler-Dickens has gone above and beyond what is necessary to help me get settled with the company, even phoning me up after work to check how my day has gone. Providing Supervisor Cover in schools is a stressful enough job but with the people at Vida behind me, I feel confident moving forward with the next chapter in my life.

I very much so enjoy working with Vida Education and wish not to leave their but I am currently hoping to find a more permanent job role within my search and hopefully settle down my career expectations.

Lovely people at this company, support you with anything you need for the job just nature of the work is inconsistent. If they know they need cover in advance then you will know as soon as they do.

All the team from my agency work very hard to secure me placements. I am very happy to work with them. I recommend this agency to anyone wanting to work with good schools in Cumbria.
