The job is not very stable as there are CONSTANT restructuring of the role guidelines and the expectations of the role. These frequent changes make it very hard to maintain effective work output.
Also, management are seriously lacking and NOT supportive as one would hope in a job. Do NOT expect a good work life balance with shift work and will be working most weekends of the month despite the ad for the role suggesting 'the odd weekend'. Which also includes bank holidays (1 year I worked 7 out of 8 bank holidays - hardly fair or considered shared amongst team).
When you need to consider wellbeing and mental health, I would NOT recommend this company as they will initially suggest some minor support, but its short lived and its NO where near help enough to make amendments to role . They will suggest they have made changes to support but this is very short and expect to quickly recover and need to keep up. This is unacceptable and to suggest 'if you don't meet the business requirement' they will threaten or end contract in termination as you aren't capable multiple times -- which is hardly encouraging or going to help the person who is struggling due to their illness, and can easily be considered unlawful if the reason behind this is mental health related -- which is not covered in the contract or part of company policy for illness which is a major RED FLAG.

VistaJet can be a tough place to work. The business demands a lot from its employees but with little structure to fall back on. However, this creates opportunities for employees to stretch themselves and learn new skills. 

Colleagues are great - smart and have excellent personalities. 

Acquisitions have been painful but seem to be integrated now and better organised. 

Its a good place to learn about food and the aviation, but I was let go after I wasn't grasping the basics quick enough to their pace. After I was given a week to improve. Training needs to be restrucured as the goal posts I believe were moved during my short time there.

12 hour shifts (half hour break) expected to work more hours. Loading aircraft by hand. Heavy lifting. No support from management. 365 days a year operation.
