Never a dull day at Vital Energi. Love working with my team and the wider departments - they offer such great support to me /the workforce. Although the work can be challenging, it is fun and inspiring at the same time. I get support from all areas of the management team and the Board offer direction as and when needed. 

Dont let the job description fool you, promised the world and sold a dream in the interview but its far from what they describe. You will be promised training on the systems but you get thrown in the deep straight away and expected to know the systems. Turnover of staff is crazy and it is no surprise. Expected to work all the hours under the sun for single time. Stop paying overtime and expect you to take toil when it suits them. You are forced to cut off hot water and heating supply to people who cant afford to pay their bills. Dont do it to yourself

Management don't care about anything until it becomes a problem in which case drop everything resolve, no preventative.
Interview process was so quick and never in person so they must be desperate.
Demand no work family life balance and must be at other end of the phone day and night.
Expect you to know things you aren't familiar with/trained on, yet offer minimal training.
Paid well but it's at a cost

Every day is different in my job, but that's why I love it. We are a fast-paced and growing company, but that's what makes it so much fun. Employees are valued and we have a great team ethic. We are constantly striving to be better and be at the forefront of what we do. 

Usual Monday was up at 3am and work till 6pm this is expected every week, decent hours in week though really a lot of untrained management who have not much idea about the job they were doing. Great set of lads was a big bonus! made redundancies based on how your face fitted rather than how you could actually perform the job. Far too many chiefs not enough Indians.

A great place to work and somewhere that you will always feel supported. My time at Vital has been enjoyable and I can see that I have made big strides in my career. The culture is collaborative and management are always open to views and opinions.


it's was really a pleasure to have the opportunity to work in a big and well-paced company like Vital Energi Utilities Ltd. the few months spent working with a fabulous team in M&B sector given to me the great opportunity to learn new skills and to achieve a good level of preparation to run in a future a self-paced work with other company out there in the same market.

Everything is triple-done on Excel Sheets. Prone to error and very inefficient. No defined processes. Force people to the office during COVID allthough working from home has worked perfectly when they were obliged to allow it. Mock people for wearing masks. Management all family. Very superficial. Your actual work doesn't count as long as they like you. Greedy.

This is a Heating network installation/Maintenance company

Very busy and hard working company and always busy. Working to repair and maintain HIU units and installing and maintaining metering systems. Smart meter installations along with prepay meters.
