The influx of work when first starting can be a challenge but once you are used to that then it becomes relatively straightforward

If your face fits you’re fine, but watch out if it doesn’t.  Everyone is looking to step on you if needs be to progress their career.

A growing company, those who have taken the growth onboard are great, those that are still in the little company mindset are a pain, but few and far between.
The company is well led from the top down, very work/reward orientated. If you put extra in you get extra out, very focused on developing staff.
Sad to have had to leave due to personal issues.

Although management team is good but they don’t have similar structures across the board , not tailored training for new staff , no room for progression, I feel like they don’t respect qualifications as they treat everyone the same , it’s bit like all over the place scenario . You also can’t take your holiday when you need it they only approve it if there is not much workload 

I have recently begun working at Vysiion and have really enjoys the experience so far. The management system is excellent and there are plenty of employee benefits available. Flexible working has really helped me as I live far from the office.

The people are amazing to work with but the management is a joke they don't know work to life balance. Its a good place to learn but not to stay in for long. The pay is low but they do offer some training but not enough.

How can one be recruited to provide a service for the business, and then be made redundant 3 weeks later?
The CEO is a complete nincompoop.
Not enough SC engineers to carry out the work

Nice environment for working. Manager was a great support for whatever work you do. Surrounded by friendly people. Smooth and challenging interview. Reasonable salary.

Friendly and supportive employer that is keen on training employees. Management are people focussed.  Customers are key public sector and charities and great people to work with 

Dreadful company with appalling behaviour towards staff and an HR that only cares about the company not the employee.  Would not recommend them to anyone.
