Management always claiming to be busy, so not quite approachable. Staff struggling, only to learn that "in other places we manage with even less staff", yet the rates the care homes of the company multiply is insane.

No job security, treated as replicable and no sense of support from owners, its one of those companies where they dont check on the staff on the ground,  the ones taking there company name on and making money for them by doing a good job. No appreciation just posts on the net to make them look good, sad really 

Big bosses only care about buying more homes and reducing staffing levels in the ones they have.
Staff on the floor exhausted and don't feel valued or respected by management 
Manager driving  around in a company car from cutting staffing and not allowing us to have patient wipes 


Just don’t waste your time, you will be overworked, underpaid and not valued at all. Yes, some of the most amazing staff who all deserve more than this company. But would not recommend. 

The environment was warm and caring, and I felt valued in my role. Training opportunities helped me develop professionally, and teamwork was encouraged.





Job is perfectly fine, as is management and coworkers. Pay is also good. However head office love to save pennies and will cause a lot of stress for no discernible reason. 

They don’t invest in their best assets: people. Happy to spend £1000s on cars and fancy furniture but are quick to find ways to save on salaries and food.
