I quite enjoyed my time here as a labourer making cement mixes hand balling bricks and blocks. Would of stayed but i chose another pathway in life in a work sense.   

Overall I genuinely enjoyed my time at westpoint construction.  The staff was great and management treated us very well. The pay was fair. Taught me how to work and collaborate with other people as a team.

All in all its not a bad place to work, there's plenty of overtime available and it has a family run feel to the place. The management are approachable and generally want to help where they can.

A productive company to work for which offer a lot of opportuinies to develop your skills while being taught new skills from experienced managers who have worked there for a long time.
