What is the best part of working at the company?
Responsibility, Team player, I actually like hard work. I enjoyed working in Construction as I have learnt so much from Wheeldon Brothers, to be polite and serve the public with honesty and manners. My boss is a great guy and my Site Manager, Tuck, is a great guy too. I learnt how to liase with Subcontractors, I have my Health and Safety qualification I also have all PPE. I've been given big responsibilities as to making sure The Site is secure before I leave, checking Site for any obstacles. I deal with Delivery Driver's, as I was on The Spectrum at School, I was told to always use your manners and skills.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not really, I made many friend's, Wheeldon are not a massive Construction Company, I have learnt so much there. We have a Cricket match for a Hospitality day, I am a fast bowler, I play for OBCC, I win the games for them 😀.  Cricket is my sport also Football as my Papa is an ex-professional Footballer.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good, we have a meeting in the morning and allocated what jobs we will be doing that particular day. The lad's are great, Subbie's are also great. We socialise after work. Great environment and also the culture is superb.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Getting to work at 7.30am, meeting, allocated my jobs. I do anything I am asked to do.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing whatsoever the managers are w***ers

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
eating lunch. No clean facilities whatsoever 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Get spoke to like a piece of dirt 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long slow stressful days for very little pay
