There's some great people at the company, but Customer Service is the worst department to work in.

Not enough staff. Extremely high staff turnover. So understaffed most of the time.
Not enough support from other departments, which makes the job even harder than it needs to be.
CS agents have to manage 10+ different systems to be able to support customers.
Overworked and underpaid for the skills and patience the role requires.


The company is expanding and doing really well, but like must companies the customer support department seems to be the least important and forgotten about. The last to be told about new products and changes, which makes the job more stressful and is very frustrating.

The management team are aware of most of the problems and it's sounds like change is coming, but not quick enough.

Would recommend applying for Wifinity, just not for the customer support department.

The worst so called "company" I have ever seen in my life. Unbelievable, field manager just not capable of this, false expectations, they expect you to work ON CALL UNPAID, in 2022 in UK! They cannot provide you with uniforms, tools, training...absolutely nothing! They just take advantage of you when you are on probation and when you start asking questions, they just get rid of you! 

Management is up to the task and the pay was fair. The work can become repetitive and quite daunting to come back to. But management and the team work to make it better. There  are challenges to promote competitive work. 

Regular check ups and regularly ask for feedback, meaning your opinions are valued. 

Wifinity is a great place to broaden your skillset and development as a professional. The pay and benefits are good and there are regular updates from senior management. 

The real star of Wifinitt are the people. You might come for the opportunity, but you stay to work with all the great people. 

The business has been through a lot of change. There could be more communication but people are generally really pleasant to work with. Suits someone who likes to work in a fast paced environment and who can think outside of the box.

I worked for a great team where my opinion mattered, they used to do staff luch every thursdya which was great for getting to know the other stff but covid put an end to that.
I left as the CEO was a bit of a bully but he has now gone and I hear it's now a much better environment overall.

The staff are great to get along with but the management need to learn how to communicate with their members of staff.
other than that everything is great

Hi had to answer the phone to customers who had issues with their wifinity. This was often internet provided to army barracks. So it would be dealing with irate officers

Really disorganised, CEO has just sold up and left the business,
No advancement eventhough being told that there is plenty of opportunities at the interview
