I was paid through PAYE , after 3 weeks i've started to ask for payslips as none was provided in this time, I was lied everytime that they will provide ! After 2 months no payslips ... different people on winner lie to me (One person said they were sent to me via email, on said it was sent via post) :)) No PAYSLIPS RECEIVED, no payroll company name or contact provided upon request,  of course with good reason 20-40 POUNDS withheld every week ! 
When I told them i will not work untill i will get payslip to see why i`m getting less money that i'm owed they told me that I will receive them and that I will not work there ever =))) Like they own the company I was driving for :)))
I was owed like 4 days in holiday accrued, 1 shift and about 300 pounds in money that was hold every week for 2 months (where did that money go.. who knows ) ... thats about 600-700 pounds in total , they paid me only 200 pounds for that :) 
ACAS informed .... Mediation service contacted, if no solution Small Claim Court last solution ! They are moving slow with this pandemic situation ! 
So overall watch out if you are working with this company as PAYE , especially LISA who thinks he is a queen :)) Treating people like slaves around there ! A lot of people complaining about her behaviour !

This recruitment agency is a scam! They DO NOT pay people, they DO NOT reply to your text messages, when trying to call them they answer the phone by providing you with a different telephone number and it nothing ever gets sorted!

All they do is to keep making you go round and round avoiding paying you whilst bombarding you with text messages saying "Can you please help out today because we are short-staffed"? 

The reason why you are always short-staffed is because YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES or agency workers!
It´s a scam, stay away and don´t even bother wasting your time.
I´m still due a 10 hour shift from back 23rd August which was the only one I did - the reason why I didn´t get back there ever again is quite obvious!
No management or true leadership there whatsoever, only a bunch of scammers trying to get their cut by scamming people.

•A typical day at work is always productive and I never get bored because there is always something you can do even when you have completed your task.

•The management winner is a 100%,they provide shifts that are suitable for everyone,they send out shifts to everyone the day before,so it's easy for you to know if you've got a shift coming up.
•Winners respects and values cultural differences,races gender at To be honest have not seen the hardest part of the job,I personally enjoy what I do at winner/Dpd.
•The most enjoyable part of job is there is never a Dell moment, you turn to be alway busy with work, like i said earlier there is always something to do through out your shift.


Full of brown noses, agency staff get treated like dogs by core staff, everyone is out for themselves and if the agency recruiter wants a laugh he will give you no work for a week so you have to complete a week in hand again just to be spiteful, happened to me many times. As for the team leader of the agency staff doing re work she will get you sacked if she doesn’t like you and if she does be prepared for endless days of abuse and unnecessary comments. I worked with her for no longer than a week and during that time she had 4 people sacked including 1 boy that she paid £20 to eat a pouch of dog food and then went and told management and got him sacked, obviously she didn’t get done as core staff never do. Wouldn’t recommend this job to my worst enemy

I was only there for a few weeks/ a month but the targets that they expect you to reach are ludicrous. Fortunately the managers in the warehouse I worked in didn't just look at the figures and decide you hadn't done enough. They were pro-active and checked orders picked vs size of the order etc. As long as you were seen to be working they were generally really friendly and approachable. Constantly on your feet. It wasn't the best place to work but I've worked in worse places. Definitely recommend as a stepping stone sort of job.

The worst company that I have worked, they don't give a sh**t about the employers, always missing hours, need do a form to been paid, but they never do in the time so you never receive on time, winner agency is a shame they don't have any respect or responsibility, the job is really hard and you don't get paid the right amount never, they block your calls and they never reply your text mensa ages, if you go to the office they really don't give you aany attention or respect.
Everyone have bills to pay, but if you have bills don't count with the winner company to pay you, they don't. 
A shame company rude persons.

Constantly getting let down by the company, book shifts for the days you are willing to work for them to accept just to turn up at the work place and get told to go home because of too many staff I’ve been working for this agency for 2 weeks now and only been able to work 3 shifts because of being turned away ( I’ve been wanting to work Monday-Saturday), the first time it happened I contacted the agency and they told me it wouldn’t again which it did, I would only recommend you work for these if you are willing to get messed around and don’t have kids that you need to provide for

I had got a job here ready to work full time, however I then got there and got sent home as overbooked and got told to get there earlier next day. I then got there earlier and as I was about to start I got shouted from across the warehouse to sit in cafeteria for an hour before being sent home, I then quit, was promised work and never got it and I was only one to get sent home, I then found out they had over 200 on the waitlist and are giving out jobs even though they still overbook. Useless for anyone who wants serious work

Lied to about pay told every week it is sorted but never was  told it was long term temp to perm but dropped with no notice once busy period over. Unless you are related to management  you are treated very poorly you are just a number and they use the staff some team leaders are awful and need further training on how to treat staff
