The role is quite busy, however support is in place to ensure that workloads are effectively managed - I have found my general stress levels reducing since joining! Management are professional and empathetic, with colleagues being fantastic sources of knowledge.

Enjoyed working with a lot of people in the office, the office is generally lighthearted but has its busy peaks were stress sets in a little.
Social element is quite good, regular competitive sporting events with other similar companies.
