WPP Media is a strong place to learn, especially early in your career. A key strength of the company is the scope of work and the learning curve. At the same time, growth depends a lot on the team you are placed in. A supportive, capable team can make the experience extremely rewarding, while the wrong team can affect both learning and overall job satisfaction. Team culture and management quality play a very important role in shaping the employee experience.
One area where employees can do better is continuous self-development. The company gives a solid foundation, but those who actively invest in certifications and upskilling are likely to benefit the most and progress faster.
Overall: a good company to build experience, learn the industry, and strengthen your profile, especially if you have a strong team and take ownership of your own growth.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others. The management team is unprofessional, disorganized, and seems completely disconnected from both their employees and customers. There is a serious lack of accountability at every level, and ethical standards are virtually nonexistent.

Decisions are made behind closed doors with zero transparency, and the leadership seems more interested in protecting their egos than actually solving problems or treating people fairly. It’s a toxic environment where good employees don’t last long, and customers are treated like afterthoughts.

If you care about doing business with a company that values honesty, integrity, and competent leadership, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Senior Leadership were non existent. No translation of company strategy to the day to day at group level. Individual companies had no interest in being part of the group. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Battling fights, fighting fires and trying to find out what the group strategy was and how it translated to the day to day.

The workplace offers a well-balanced workday that helps maintain productivity without unnecessary stress. The team is extremely supportive and collaborative, creating a positive environment where ideas are encouraged and help is always available. Open communication and mutual respect make day-to-day work smooth and efficient.
The office ambiance adds to the experience, with a comfortable and energetic setup that keeps motivation high throughout the day. Overall, it’s a great place to work, learn, and grow, with the right balance of professionalism, teamwork, and a pleasant work culture.

Great place to work before outsourcing but now a stressful place with no real job security and overwhelming amount of work. Group M were well managed but creative does require a lot of skill to thrive, 

It is still great for those who want to learn about  accounting, AP and AR but it totally depends on the team you get and whether it is group M or a creative agency.

The work environment in the company was okay, and the culture was very hierarchical.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Each day was different, as I was working on several projects.

Lots of opportunities to learn, new skills, technologies and develop yourself. Being part of a global team operating in a highly matrix organisation provides you with the opportunity to collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.
There are many opportunities for learning and development, either training courses, in-house university, management program or externally funded courses.

Depends on the team you are in, I was an apprentice and got 0 support, team was so unorganised they needed a contractor to help them and even he struggled, anytime you try talk to anyone they are 'busy' and never explained anything, manager constantly took 'sick days' like every week.

I learned a lot in a busy, corporate, Helpdesk environment and enjoyed every minute of it. The team I worked in were always helpful and willing to teach when they had spare time. The most enjoyable aspect of the job was getting the hands on experience and getting a feel of the helpdesk environment, with occasional irate users being the hardest part.
