I have worked for Zencargo when they were just a startup trying to secure funding. It started out fantastically. Inclusive, flexible and a clear pathway. After 2 years, it became toxic and discriminatory, not really caring about people's livelihood in the long run and allowing managers to fire people simply because they do not like them.
Try to avoid. The company is not even a freight forwarder anymore, its just a big marketing scheme for themselves.

Awful company to work 
No communication at all poor training lack of support and help

Bad  awfully placed and bad staff

Fully remote but have the option to work in the office, which is based in London. People are nice to work with and its a global company hence you get to work with other people from different countries. 

Made redundant after being assured and told our jobs were very much safe 
And having this done while of sick really didn’t not help. This pushed me further into depression
