Full job description

Sumsub is a leading full-cycle verification platform that enables scalable compliance. Over 4,000 clients — including Bitpanda, Wirex, Avis, Bybit, Vodafone, Duolingo, Kaizen Gaming, and TransferGo — trust Sumsub to accelerate growth, prevent fraud, and maintain compliance worldwide.

Now we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our EU/UK team to reach out to new and prospective clients, with a particular focus on the UK and Ireland market.

What You Will Be Doing:

Sales prospecting and lead generation across EU/UK with focus on the UK and Ireland market
Cold outreach to new and prospective clients via LinkedIn, emails, calls, network, etc
Industry research to define targets for the outreach and potential pockets of growth, craft value proposition, etc
Researching companies and their representatives to define the most relevant targets and decision-makers
Pushing conversations to the product demo calls
Supporting Business Development Managers in their re-engagement with the targets
Supporting at industry events and generating leads
Crafting targeted and personalised messaging

About You:

Demonstrated experience in lead generation/cold sales as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative in B2B cloud, SaaS software or financial services, compliance, crypto, RegTech
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar outbound role

Outstanding writing, communication and negotiation skills; fluency in IT vocabulary; and ability to digest technical information & product specs
Good command of English language
Speaking French, Spanish, German or Italian is a great advantage
Experience with selling software solutions
Strong analytical skills in market research
Skilled user of LinkedIn, Crunchbase, email trackers, CRMs, etc.
Experience with Salesforce in addition to Salesloft is ideal, any other similar platform is a plus
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
