Role Summary
To provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Home Manager and wider care home team, contributing to the effective day-to-day operation of the service. The role supports communication, documentation, stakeholder engagement and organisational processes while promoting a welcoming, professional and person-centred environment for residents, families, colleagues and visitors.
The role may involve interaction with residents living with dementia, mental health conditions, behavioural support needs or complex care requirements depending on the service environment.

Qualifications & Registration

GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification); OR demonstrable literacy, numeracy and communication skills appropriate to the role.

Experience within an administrative, customer service or office-based role.

Ability to provide a professional, responsive and welcoming service to residents, families, visitors and external stakeholders.
